Selection of traditional vinegars (of Piedmont) and balsamic Modena vinegars, including white biological as well as classic balsamic cream or with the aroma of white truffles. Produced in glass bottles containing 250, 500 and 1000ml both for traditional and balsamic vinegars, 250-500ml also in glass for biological types and 250-500ml in PET for balsamic creams.

Contained in barrels of 5.0 and more litres. Upon request, 100ml PDO Traditional Balsamic Vinegar with 12 or 25 years ageing.
